Managing your users payments on our software is easy and flexible here’s how it can happen:

1. On account with centralised billing to one site and full reporting to breakdown who has bought what.

2. On account as individual users/sites/franchisees 

3. Or payment on order with credit or debit card transactions.

However you would like to manage the print management and fulfilment tools we offer we can work with you.  Unlike most we own our software and we can make sure it’s the right fit for your business no matter how big or small you user base.

Managing stock payments – Some of our customers use us to hold stock or all kinds of things including printed items as well as marketing materials, Points of sale or maybe even products you want us to hold for your customers, sites or staff to call off.  We have seen it all.  We can manage all the storage, Stock checking, cross docking and pick/pack/dispatch of any item size and volume.

Our stock controls are second to none and depending on your agreement with your users on our software we can either bill you on account or take payments accordingly.

Don’t forget our print management software is free. We do not charge or need to take payment for your art personalisations unlike lots of our competitors.  We want to give you the best tools on the market to keep you moving and concentrating on your industry.

Did you know?  that if you require some users that you would like to pay upfront for orders we can always either setup a dedicated site for them, or we can take payment over the phone before processing the orders.
